Caspian Sea is the largest lake on the Earth, a unique body of water with hydrocarbon resources and biological riches, which have no analogues in the world. Waves of the Caspian Sea wash the lands of five countries - Iran, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Russia. The highlighted collection includes official (contemporary and historical) documents, studies, maps, photos, video and audio recordings, which reflect the history of exploration and development of the Caspian Sea as well as some aspects of development of the territories located on its coasts.
