History of Russia: “All Roads Lead to Petersburg” exhibition launched in Kizhi Museum-Reserve

A new exhibition “All Roads Lead to Petersburg. Lives of Peasants of Olonets Governorate in Petersburg during late 19^th — early 20^th century” opened on October 1, 2018 in Kizhi Museum-Reserve, Exhibition Hall (Petrozavodsk). Visitors of the exhibition will learn about Olonets peasants, who set off for St. Petersburg in the late 19th — early 20th century for seasonal work.
