Society and Culture: Exhibition dedicated to architect of the Church of the Savior on Blood kicked off in St. Petersburg

The exhibition “For the First Time Parland” devoted to architect Alfred Parland is opening on April 25, 2019 in the Russian Academy of Arts Research Museum (St. Petersburg). On display are personal items and drawings of the architect of the unique church – the Church of the Savior on Blood in St. Petersburg. Architecture was Alfred Parland’s life work. Dozens of buildings across the Russian Empire were built to his design. The exhibition is organized by the St. Isaac’s Cathedral State Museum.
