Year of Theatre in Russia 2019: An outdoor art and historical exhibition “Diaghilev. Beginning” mounted in Perm

The art and historical exhibition “Diaghilev. Beginning” is mounted on the Kama River embankment in Perm.

Twenty-four information stands present unknown facts about the life of Sergei Diaghilev. The exhibition includes a chronology of events associated with Sergei Diaghilev, which happened in Perm. The period of life that the future impresario spent in Perm is largely forgotten, but thus it is even more sensational in terms of the events in the focus of the exhibition.

The exposition features works by Perm artist Boris Satyukov, whose graphic works portray the city in the early and mid-19th century, as well as the family estate in Bikbarda village.
