Information Technologies and Culture: Malaya Vishera to open a virtual concert hall this year

A virtual concert hall will be opened in Malaya Vishera (Novgorod Region) this year.

The Malaya Vishera Inter-Settlement Methodical Center for Folk Art, Culture and Leisure has already received equipment for the regional cultural center "Svetlana".

In total, the region will open 6 virtual concert halls in Malaya Vishera, Valdai, Borovichi, Soletsk, Okulovka, and Staraya Russa this year.

On November 15, 2019, the first three halls were opened in Veliky Novgorod, Kholm and Pestovo, which were visited by more than 5 thousand people.

The "Culture" national project was developed for the realization of the presidential decree "On national goals and strategic aims of the development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024". The national project includes three federal projects: "Cultural Environment", "Creative People" and "Digital Culture".
