Marking Russia Day: All-Russian events to hold online

In 2020, many events will be held in all subjects of the Russian Federation online as part of the Russia Day celebration.

 

All-Russian campaign "Good in Russia"

The campaign invites Russian residents to become a secret well-wisher and congratulate their neighbors on Russian Day by sending an anonymous congratulation in one of the formats:

On June 12, the campaign participants release on social networks photographs of created or received postcards with hashtags #GoodNeighbors #GoodInRussia #ThankYou #WeAreTogether. Anyone may take part in the campaign.

 

Public education project "Civil Exam"

From June 9 to 12, 2020, the project's website conducts a test ("exam"), marking Russia Day.

The test consists of 50 questions devoted to the main victories, achievements, heroes of the contemporary history of Russia. Each participant will have the opportunity to test the knowledge of the main symbols and dates important for each Russian. According to the "civil exam" results, participants will receive an electronic personal certificate.

 

"Discover Russia!" week by the "Big Change" community

 

"Russia in Focus" campaign

The "Russia in Focus" campaign is held in the format of an online flash mob. The participants release photographs of their favorite places in Russia and tell why this place is dear to them with the hashtag #RussiaInFocus

 

"I draw Russia" campaign

The "I Draw Russia" campaign is held in the format of an online flash mob. Children and their parents create drawings on the topic of the future and present of Russia. the young citizens of Russia try to imagine themselves in the future.

 

 #RussianWord Challenge

The #RussianWord Challenge is held in the format of an online flash mob. The participants read poems by famous Russian classics or fragments from favorite books by Russian writers, record video, and release it on social networks with the hashtag #RussianWord. This challenge also uses hashtag #BigChange.

 

#WeAreRussia Flashmob

#WeAreRussia Flashmob is held online. Its participants perform the National Anthem of the Russian Federation, record video, and release it on social networks with the hashtag #WeAreRussia.
