The Kuznetsk Museum and Exhibition Center (Penza Region) launched the "Law for Everyone" exhibition marking the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation, celebrated on December 12. It highlights the history, creation of the Constitution, state symbols, and development of constitutional law.

The exposition showcases the 1936 Constitution of the Soviet Union. Its discussion engaged 75 million people and introduced 1.5 million proposals, supplements and amendments, published in the periodicals. Joseph Stalin took a personal part in the work on its text. The basic law was adopted on December 5, 1936, by the Extraordinary VIII All-Union Congress of Soviets. On December 6, the Izvestia newspaper (No. 283) released its official text.

The exhibition also presents the 1978 Constitution of the RSFSR (with amendments and supplements by the Law of the RSFSR of October 27, 1989), the 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation, and the Constitution of the Russian Federation with amendments by the all-Russian vote on July 1, 2020.
