According to the press service of the VGTRK, this time the broadcasting on the website “Russia-24” will go through a universal software solution Flash from developer Adobe. This multimedia platform supports bidirectional streaming broadcasting of the -audio and video content and it is compatible with most operating systems on their computers.

The solemn act will be broadcasted on the website of the “Channel One” along with the television broadcasting, said at the Directorate of Public Relations of the “Channel One”.

The inauguration ceremony of the President of Russia this time will be available to YouTube users as well. Too see it will be possible on the official video channel of the Russia Today, the broadcast begins at 11:40 Moscow time.
