Internet resources: Russian version of Cisco Support Community launched

In Russia and other CIS countries launched a local portal of Cisco Support Community (CSC), which enables the Russian-speaking users to exchange technical knowledge and expertise to adjust, support and maintain the Cisco equipment. To gain access to the Internet resource one must register on the official website www.cisco.com.

The Russian-language portal Cisco Support Community is supported by Cisco employees: specialists of the Russian Technical Assistance Center Cisco along with engineers and consultants of the company. In addition, experts from Cisco and its partners in the field of network technologies are operating a special section, "The Club of Experts."

"The popularity of the Russian-language portal of Cisco Support Community is steadily growing among our partners, customers and technical experts," said the regional manager of the Cisco Technical Assistance Center in Eastern Europe, Artem Ignatenko.

The history of Cisco Support Community began in 2009 when Cisco acquired NetPro forum (at the time it operated for about 10 years and consisted of 214 000 participants). Currently, Cisco Support Community portal supports 6 languages: English, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Japanese. The resource is visited by 2 million users per month, who create about 30,000 new discussion topics and messages.
