Internet and copyright: Issues, related to copyright on information in the Internet, discussed at the conference of the European alliance of news agencies in Geneva

Problems and challenges of news agencies were discussed by the participants of the conference and the annual session of the General Assembly of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA), held on 26 September 2013 in Geneva.

The main theme of this conference is various aspects related to copyright in the information in the publication of news in the Internet. Another theme is the development of search platforms in relation to the work of news agencies.

In total, the annual session of the UN General Assembly was attended by leaders of 30 news agencies in Europe. Russia was presented by the news agency ITAR-TASS.
