Museums of Russia: The P. I. Tchaikovsky Memorial Museum-Reserve organizes a series of international events to its 120th anniversary

The P. I. Tchaikovsky Memorial Museum-Reserve (Klin, the Moscow region) organizes several foreign exhibitions. They will be held as part of the anniversary celebrations, timed to the 120th anniversary of the museum.

In 2014, the museum organizes several international exhibitions dedicated to the popularization of the creative heritage of the Great Russian composer. One of them will be presented to the public in London in November in a concert hall St. John's Smith Square, and will be followed by a concert program of works by Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra of the State Academic Choir of St. Petersburg.

Another museum exhibition is planned to exhibit at the end of August in France castle Talcy (Tulsi) during the International Music Festival "From the Loire to the Volga", which concerts in September will be continued in the concert hall of the museum in Klin. The museum also will participate in the exhibition project of the State Museum and Exhibition Center "ROSIZO": the exhibition "Russian Switzerland" will be held from November to March in Geneva at the Museum "The Swiss Museum". It is timed to the 200th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Switzerland. In the exhibition project are involving leading Russian museums, libraries and archives.
