Information technology and Russian regions: Mobile application “Walking down the Spasskaya” is presented within the celebration of the city Day of Syktyvkar

June 10, 2016 within the celebration of the Day of the city of Syktyvkar and Day of Russia at the National Museum of the Komi Republic took place the presentation of mobile applications "Walking down the Spasskaya".

Mobile application "Walking down the Spasskaya" - is the story of every corner of the streets of the Soviet city of Syktyvkar, which until 1918 was called Spasskaya; It is the story of the city, downloaded directly to your smartphone.

With the help of a mobile guide you can familiarize yourself with the memorable places, sights and history of the Soviet street, not to miss anything interesting and meaningful.

The mobile application is prepared in conjunction with the Institute of Exact Sciences and Information Technologies of the Pitirim Sorokin Syktyvkar State University.

On the same day was held the start of the next joint project of the Museum and the P. Sorokin Syktyvkar State University - the creation of a multimedia educational program "Kirk/HOUSE". The program playfully acquaints users with the technology required to build traditional houses in Komi.
