The Russian language and Culture: The X Jubilee Russian World Assembly in Moscow

November 3, 2016 on the eve of National Unity Day in Moscow is held the X Jubilee Russian World Assembly.

800 delegates from dozens of countries gathered together in the Russian capital to discuss in panel discussions and roundtables the actual problems of the Russian world.

Panel discussions - "Russian world in a changed world", "Russian language: the manifold richness and factor of unity" and the roundtables will bring together participants to discuss topical issues of perception of the image of Russia, problems of historical memory of generations, features of the work of Russian-language media abroad, creating a Russian textbook and traditions of Russian cinema.

The forum is attended by prominent political and public figures, heads of ministries and departments, representatives of associations of compatriots, university professors and teachers of Russian schools, textbook authors, scientists, writers, diplomats, clergy, cultural workers and journalists.
