History of Russia abroad: In Minneapolis is opened an exhibition about the siege of Leningrad

The State Museum of History of St. Petersburg from February 18 to June 4, 2017 presents at the Museum of Russian Art (the United States, Minnesota, Minneapolis) an exhibition on the history of the siege of Leningrad.

The exhibition "The Siege of Leningrad: heroism and tragedy" presented copies of documents, maps, photographs and posters from the collection of the State Museum of History of St. Petersburg, which tell about the life of the besieged Leningrad.

Especially for the Museum of Russian Art in Minneapolis within the exhibition it is prepared five multimedia programs telling about the siege of Leningrad, on the road of life, of the Leningrad children.
