History and Culture: The exhibition, dedicated to the Crimean period of life and work of Marina Tsvetaeva and Maximilian Voloshin, in Moscow

March 21, 2017 in the Library № 122 to of A. Grin (Moscow) is opened the exhibition "In a double stream of life", dedicated to the Crimean period of life and work of Marina Tsvetaeva and Maximilian Voloshin.

The exhibition is organized by the M. Tsvetaeva House-Museum within the framework of the program to celebrate the 125th anniversary of Marina Ivanovna Tsvetaeva.

Maximilian Voloshin has become the "godfather" of Marina Tsvetaeva in literature. He introduced young Marina to the poets and philosophers-symbolists, he opened for Tsvetaeva the door of her house in Koktebel.

The exhibition presents rare restored photographs made by Voloshin himself, Tsvetaeva and their friends. They depict Moscow, Koktebel, Theodosius – the place of stay of poets, creative meetings and poetic communications.
