Memory of Russia: Monument to the Soviet Soldier-liberator is opened in the Tambov region

October 7, 2017 in the town of Rasskazovo, the Tambov region, with the participation of the Russian Military Historical Society, a new monument to the Soviet Soldier-Winner was opened. This is the fifth monument, established by the RIPO in the region.
