December 23, 2017, after the restoration, Pavilion № 84 "House of Culture" was opened at VDNKh.

Pavilion "House of Culture" was built in 1954 by the architects Lev Avdotin, Yuri Korneev and Leonty Kopyrin. Its area is 1514.7 square meters.
