A. Nekrasova House Museum is part of the Childgy branch of the Novgorod Museum-Reserve.It is located on the radius of the Kereship River, not far from the station of the miracle, so the manor was called "Chudovskaya Luka".The poet held in it the summer months from 1871 to 1876, considered it a hunting house, where he rested from journal work, gained strength, new impressions.During the Great Patriotic War in the estate there was a German barracks, so it was completely preserved.In 1971, N. A. Nekrasov Museum was opened in the house.It contains a cabinet and bedroom of the poet, the room of his wife Zinaida Nikolaevna, living room, guest rooms, dining room.On the territory of the estate there is a building of the former Agricultural School named after N. A. Nekrasov, operating in 1892-1906.In the House-Museum N. A. Nekrasov housed a literary exposition "Nekrasov and the Novgorod region", the exposition class of the XIX century and the exhibition hall of the Childgy branch of the Novgorod Museum-Reserve.1.
