The Presidential Library signed an agreement on cooperation with the “Roscongress” Foundation

On May 24, 2018, an agreement on cooperation between the Presidential Library and the “Roscongress” Foundation was signed within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The key point of the agreement is the implementation of joint projects during the organization and holding of training seminars, scientific and practical conferences, forums, symposiums and other educational and cultural events, including the use of resources from the Presidential Library electronic collections. The agreement also envisages participation in joint information and analytical work, preparation of specialized electronic collections on the topics of the events held by the parties.

According to the signed document, the main goal of the joint activity is the formation of a common information space in the field of history, theory and practice of Russian statehood and the Russian language as the state language of the Russian Federation; first of all, among the youth, the idea of ​​statehood, citizenship and patriotism as the basis of the national self-identification of the Russians.
