Altai Regional Center of the Presidential Library - coordinator of the all-Russian campaign "We are citizens of Russia"

In December, schools and libraries of Altai Territory under the supervision of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Shishkov Altai Regional Universal Scientific Library attended the active part in the all-Russian campaign "We are citizens of Russia".

As part of the campaign timed to coincide with the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation, schoolchildren of Altai Territory learned about the resources of the Presidential Library. The presentations were held in the context of promoting the ideas of citizenship and patriotism.

The events presented electronic collection dedicated to the history of constitutional ideas in Russia as a separate block. The multimedia tour also included interactive components - video clips, testing.

797 people were involved in the campaign “We are citizens of Russia”. Multimedia presentations were held in 17 schools and 10 public libraries of Altai Territory. 53 people have become the readers of the Presidential Library.

The Presidential Library’s portal features the collection The Constitution - the Basic Law. It contains texts of the constitutions of the Russian state of various historical eras - the first constitution of the RSFSR of 1918, three constitutions of the USSR (1924, 1936 and 1977), the constitutions of the RSFSR of 1925, 1937 and 1978, the current Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993, as well as original texts and publication of the current constitutions of individual constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
