Results of “Legends, Tales and Fairy Stories of Barnaul and Altai Territory” contest summed up in Barnaul

The results of the 3rd interregional expo-contest “Legends, Tales and Fairy Stories of Barnaul and Altai Territory” were summed up on September 18 in Barnaul. Altai Regional Center of the Presidential Library at V. Ya. Shishkov Altai Territory Research Library is the media partner of the contest.

The project aims to motivate children to study the historical and cultural heritage of the region.

The region is in the spotlight of “Altai Territory: Pages of History” collection available on the website of the Presidential Library. It features studies, essays, overviews and reports, which cover various aspects (geographical, socio-economic, socio-political etc.) of the history of the territory between late 19th – first third of 20th c., and the current Statute of Altai Territory.
