Education specialists of Kurgan Region were told about the possibilities of the Presidential Library

January 17, 2019 the A. K. Yugov Kurgan Regional Universal Research Library hosted a round table and the presentation of the scientific and practical journal "Continuous Teacher Education". The event was organized by the Department of Education of Kurgan Region and the Institute for the Development of Education and Social Technologies.

The participants of the round table got familiar with the electronic collections and the capabilities of the Presidential Library's portal. The staff of the Center for Public Access to Information told how using the resources of the Presidential Library can maximize the educational process and make it more efficient.

On the website of the Presidential Library, the region is represented by Kurgan Region: Pages of History collection. The selection includes studies, statistical essays, archival documents, cartographic and photographic materials of the XIX - early XXI century, featuring the administrative, socio-economic, geographical position of Kurgan and Shadrinsk counties, the territory of which forms the basis of the modern Kurgan region.
