The Year of Theatre in Russia 2019: An outdoor photo exhibition “Magic of Stage. Performances of Moscow Theatres in 20th century” kicked off in the capital city

An outdoor photo exhibition “Magic of Stage. Performances of Moscow Theatres in 20th century” timed to the Year of Theater in Russia kicked off in front of the building of the Moscow Main Archive Directorate (Glavarkhiv). It showcases the collection of pictures taken during the performances of the leading Moscow theaters in the second half of the 20th century: the Maly Theater and the M. Gorky Moscow Art Theater, the Vakhtangov State Academic Theater and the Mossovet State Academic Theater, the Moscow Academic Theater of Satire and others.

The exhibition will be open until April 28.
