Information Technologies and Libraries: National Digital Library of India to provide free access to its materials

The Union Ministry of Human Resources of India announced free access to the collections of the National Digital Library of India to students as well as the general public during restrictions related to problems with COVID 19.

Thus, more than 38 million books and periodicals became available to everyone. They can be read with any digital device, including smartphones and computers.
