"The Prosecutor’s Hour" held for Chelyabinsk students online

The Chelyabinsk Regional Universal Scientific Library hosted a live video broadcast of “The Prosecutor’s Hour” for students of colleges and higher educational institutions of Chelyabinsk.

The theme of the event was the fight against drug addiction and juvenile delinquency.

The participants were specialists from the cassation department of Chelyabinsk Region Prosecutor's Office, who spoke about measures to limit the spread of drugs and preventive measures aimed at preventing the spread of drug addiction in society.

Maria Filatova, a specialist at the Center for Legal and Business Information of the ChOUNB, introduced the main library of the region to the participants, presented full-text legal systems, regulatory and technical databases and databases of an economic nature. Particular attention was paid to the work of the Chelyabinsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library.

The Presidential Library’s portal provides access to the collection “Chelyabinsk Region: Pages of History”. It includes digital copies of studies, essays, archival documents, statistical materials, photographs and sound recordings covering the geographical, demographic, socio-economic, socio-political and other aspects of the history of the region.
