Information Technologies and Culture: Virtual Concert Hall opened in the Literary and Art Museum in Staryi Krym

The Literary and Art Museum of the Historical and Cultural Memorial Museum-Reserve "Maximilian Voloshin Kimmeria" (Staryi Krym) opened the Virtual Concert Hall on June 26, 2020, as part of the "Culture" national project.

The All-Russian Virtual Concert Hall is a remarkable project of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic. The general purpose of the Virtual Concert Hall is the improvement of the academic music promotion and the creation of equal opportunities for access to cultural values ​​for all Russian citizens.

The Virtual Concert Hall, designed for 64 visitors, is equipped with modern multimedia equipment and high-speed Internet. It allows residents and guests of Staryi Krym to watch online various cultural events: symphonic and educational concerts, legendary ballets and musicals, lectures about composers and academic music.

The annual plan of the Virtual Concert Hall includes 26 concert broadcasts.
