Information Technologies and Education: Digital state super-service "My School" to appear in Russia
A digital state super-service "My School" will appear in Russia. It will feature electronic diaries and journals, enrollment in kindergartens and schools, the results of the Unified State Exam and Olympiads. Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov gave an exclusive interview to Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
"There will be created a state information system - a super-service "My School" within the framework of the Digital Educational Environment project. It will include a body of information from all Russian schools and combine several services and databases. It will provide children and parents with the requested information very quickly and without unnecessary delays. Communication with the teacher, school and entire education system will bring minimal loss of time and effort. This system will feature admission to kindergartens and schools, current academic records, as well as interim and final performance reports, enrollment in sections, and much more", said Sergey Kravtsov. The federal system will work "in conjunction" with regional digital systems. Core services (for example, school enrollment) will be displayed in the "My Education" section of the public services portal.
