At the base of the urban shaft, oak and aspen logs are lying in three crowns, minted in the region. They are delivered one by one, each of them is separated by the inner wall into two crates and loose from the inside of the earth. In antiquity along the row of the shaft, double wooden fortress walls with towers were located, which were repeatedly rebuilt with time.In 1759, the Wooden Walls of the Kremlin were dismantled because of great dilapidation and absence of necessity.Currently, the height of the shafts is 10-12 m, the base width is about 30 m, the width of the crest - 6 m.
