Ivan Pavlovich Plotnikov was born in 1923 in the village of Gorodok Minusinskogo district. He was drafted into the army on October 6, 1941. He was sent to the 23rd airborne brigade in the Saratov region. Since May 1942, Mr .. was in captivity, released in late 1944. Returned to his homeland in June 1946. In 1985, IP Plotnikov was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War II degree. He has many jubilee medals and awards for conscientious work.
