Libraries of Russia: “New Arrivals: Books and Rarities from the Russian State Arts Library collections” Exhibition in Moscow

March 30 to April 9, 2012 the Blue Hall of the Russian State Arts Library (Moscow), is hosting the exhibition "New Arrivals: Books and Rarities from the RSAL collections."

The exposition features more than one hundred twenty publications in Russian and foreign languages on theater, cinema, painting, sculpture, architecture, art, photography, design, advertising, fashion, etc.

A new collection of the library’s Iconographic Materials Integrated Department introduces the work of theater artists David Lvovich and Alexander Davidovich Borovskys. Visitors can see drafts of costumes, created by artists for various performances at theaters in Moscow, St. Petersburg and abroad.
