Information technology and Russian regions: “My Region” website, analogue of E-government federal project, developed in Primorsky Krai

"My Region" website, an analog of the federal project "Electronic Government", is launched in the Primorye Territory. Residents will have an opportunity to fully appreciate a new service from September 10.

The website will provide users with the most popular services. On the proposal of the Governor of the Krai, Vladimir Miklushevsky, the website will include a service providing feedback in communication of the residents of the region and the officials. Primorye residents can leave notices on the website for a variety of issues and problems, and officials of relevant government agencies will be required to consider them and take appropriate action.

The website has been designed in two versions – a regular one, for use on personal computers, and a simplified one, which will be installed at special Infomats. Three units of the kind have already been installed in Vladivostok, and 33 more devices will appear in October. Next year infomats will be installed in other cities and regions of Primorye.
