Libraries of Russia: Problems of formation and use of electronic resources of libraries of Russia are discussed at the meeting in Moscow

The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, together with the Russian government and the National Library of Russia on 23-24 October 2012 in Moscow holds an annual meeting of the heads of the federal and central libraries of the Russian Federation on the theme: "The formation and use of electronic library resources of Russia".

It is also expected to discuss the work of libraries in conditions of change in the legal sphere of public services and their performance, share experiences on the implementation of the Federal Law № 83 of 08.05.2012.
