Information technology and archives: Documents of the collections of the White Army of the Russian State Military Archive digitized

 “Electronic Archive” Corporation has digitized documents of the collections of the White Army of the Russian State Military Archive (RSMA). The works on the transaction of documents in full-text format of an electronic database are completed. The works are implemented in the framework of the federal target program "Culture of Russia (2012-2018 years)".

Specialists of the corporation had spent scanning and indexing of 14,500 pages of documents from the collection "Headquarters Staff of Great Don Army" for 1917-1920. The resulting electronic resource is loaded into a retrieval system of the RSMA.

The project aims to increase the efficiency of specialists of archive documents and appeals of citizens, as well as preservation of archive collections of the Russian Federation.
