Libraries of Russia: Internet-conference “Electronic documents. Terms, output information and formatted requirements” on the basis of the Russian State Library

The Russian State Library, the national Library of Russia, the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library, the All-Russian Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of the RAS started to develop the national standard for electronic documents. Due to the insufficient development of some theoretical propositions and the development of a common position of the research department of Library, the RSL conducts on June 3, 2014 at 11:00 an online conference "Electronic documents. Terms, output data and formatted requirements".

It is supposed to discuss the following issues:

- The formulation of the features that make electronic attributed to a class of documents;

- The establishment of identification characteristics that uniquely distinguish one electronic document from another;

- Definition of a set of attribute characteristics (output information);

- Requirements for the format of the electronic documents.
