History of Russia: The exhibition “Mozdok direction” dedicated to the 72nd anniversary of the liberation from Nazi invaders

In the Mozdok Regional Museum is exhibited the exhibition “Mozdok direction”, dedicated to the 72^nd anniversary of the liberation of Mozdok from Nazi invaders. Since August 1942 until January 1943 on the territory of the district were held defensive and then liberation battles, included in the history of the Great Patriotic War.

The exhibition features 71 museum object, including: books about battles near Mozdok, the defenders of Mozdok, the heroes of the Great Patriotic War; awards and personal items of participants of the war; weapons of the Great Patriotic War, found by Mozdok search teams; soldier’s utensils (pot, spoon, mug, flag); soldier’s letters triangles and etc.

The exhibition will run until February 25.
