Territory of Russia: The photo exhibition “Book seasons” opened in Moscow

February 20, 2015 in Moscow at the D. S. Likhachev Russian Research Institute of Cultural and Natural Heritage was opened the photo exhibition "Kizhi seasons". Organizers: the Internet project "Alphabet" and the Museum-Reserve "Kizhi".

"Kizhi Seasons" - a photo project, which is scenic photography of the Russian North. The authors of the photographs are: Eugene Lohanin, representative of Internet project "Cyrillic", Oleg Semenenko, photographer of the Museum-reserve "Kizhi" and participants of a multi-year project "Summer University on the island "Kizhi". The exhibition presents about sixty photographic works.

Visitors of the exhibition will get acquainted with unknown unique monuments of architecture, perfectly fitting into the landscape of the islands of the Kizhi necklace. These reserved places very difficult to access for a visit, and a large part to preserve the beauty still remains "unrecognized". Thanks to the project "Kizhi Seasons" Muscovites and guests have a chance to see masterpieces of wooden architecture.

The exhibition will run until March 7.
