The Municipal Libraries of the Omsk region have created a new resource that allows anywhere in the world, from the computer or phone getting access to the funds. Currently, the experts are engaged in the work of filling the Omsk Electronic Library.

Digitized publications are available at the website of Omsk municipal libraries, the section "Information resources". Electronic Library is a collection of documents and materials created on the basis of the digitized funds of Omsk libraries: books, brochures, newspapers and magazines can be read online in PDF format. Information about the book is supplemented with information about public libraries.
