Book publishing and book distribution: Program “Books of Russia” is presented at the XXXIV International Book Fair in the United Arab Emirates

From 4 to 14 November 2015 in Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates is held the XXXIV International Book Fair, which presents a book exhibition and a program of events "Books of Russia".

The Russian delegation participates in the exhibition for the second time. The organizer of Russia's participation in the fair will be the General Directorate of International Book Exhibitions and Fairs, with the support of the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications.

This time, the organizers are planning to present in the exposition all the diversity of the book world of modern Russia: Russian classics, children, historical, biographical, scientific and educational literature, as well as to invite all interested visitors to the discussion of the Russian-Arab cultural relations. On the Russian stand is prepared a special exhibition dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the literature of the peoples of the Caucasus.

The program of the Russian participation is focused on the translation of Russian literature into Arabic.
