World Culture: The exhibition “Marc Chagall. La Bible” in the Moscow region

On September 9, 2016 in the branch of History, Archaeology and pictorial photography of the Serpukhov Museum (the Moscow region) starts the exhibition of works of the great masters of the XX century by Marc Chagall «La Bible».

The exposition - 64 works illustrating the events of the Old Testament. The exhibition will immerse in the extraordinary world created by bright multicolored lithographs and supplemented by finely selected music. The works are accompanied by biblical texts describing each individual story that will not only gain new experiences and emotions, but also learn a lot about the artist and his unique perception of the Holy Scriptures.
