Information technology and museums: The State Museum of Architecture presented an updated version of the virtual museum

The A. V. Shchusev State Museum of Architecture (Moscow) has updated its virtual exposition. The project was implemented by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the portal "Kultura.RF". To get acquainted with the rich heritage of the world's first specialized museum of architecture is possible at the website and via the mobile app of the same name.   

The content of the updated application is translated into six languages ​​in addition to Russian and English versions, it is also presented Chinese, French, German and Spanish. The previous version of the application has gained popularity not only in Russia, but also abroad, so steps were taken to further expand the audience of the project.

The updated virtual museum aims to bring the knowledge of the Russian architecture to millions of users around the world. On this resource are presented for the first time in 3D unrealized ideas of great architects. Virtual museum of architecture also allows you to see objects that have not survived.

The new version of the mobile application is compatible with multiple widespread helmets of the virtual reality.
