The Abraham Monastery of the Transfiguration of Our Savior

It was founded at the beginning of the XIII century. The monastery did not function during Polish rule in the period of 1611 - 1654 and was newly revived in 1658. It was heavily damaged throughout the war of 1812 and remained closed since 1917. Currently, the monastery is returning back to normal life.
