Electronic reading room of Presidential Library opened in Donetsk
On November 6, 2024, the Presidential Library of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation opened an electronic reading room in the Donetsk People's Republic. The event was attended by Yuri Nosov, Director General of the Presidential Library and Igor Gorbatov, Director General of the Donetsk Republican Universal Scientific Library.

On November 6th, 2024 the Presidential Library was hosted a multimedia lesson titled The Concierge Service and Its Role in Tourism and Hospitality in St. Petersburg. The event was opened to high school students from various schools in St. Petersburg.
Books from library of Peter the Great featured in collection of Presidential Library
The Presidential Library's collection has been enriched with digital copies of rare books from the library of Peter the Great. These books were transferred by the Library of the Russian Academy of Sciences for digitization. Now, 22 of these old books are available for reading in the electronic reading room of the Presidential Library. These are both manuscripts and printed books in Russian.
