Films on the Presidential Library's portal tell about the golden storeroom of Veliky Novgorod, Tula weapons and the Saint Patroness of St. Petersburg

The Presidential Library’s portal from Monday to Friday in Live broadcasts section provides broadcasting of films, video lectures and tours prepared by the Presidential Library, as well as by leading film studios of the country.

In accordance with the broadcast program, from October 26 to 30, thanks to the demonstration of the film "Tula weapons of the Romanov era", it will be possible to learn interesting facts about the creation of the Tula State Museum of Weapons, which dates back to the 15th century, its collections, as well as the history of Russian weapons during the reign of the House of Romanov.

The Presidential Library, without leaving home, presents the exhibition "The most intentional city - a monument created by the state". The exposition spotlights the history of the founding and development of the historical center of St. Petersburg in the period from 1703 to 1820s. Users will be able to learn about the maps of the city of the XVIII-XIX centuries, copies of archival documents, books and periodicals dedicated to the history of St. Petersburg and urban planning in Russia.

History lovers will certainly be interested in the Presidential Library's film "Golden Pantry of Veliky Novgorod", which focuses on the unique pantry of the Novgorod Museum, which is only partially open to visitors due to the huge number of significant exhibits and the short time that is usually given to get to know them.

Also, this week, the users' attention will be offered the film "Lessons in Loyalty and Love. Xenia of St. Petersburg", prepared by the Presidential Library in conjunction with the School of Young Professionals "M-Art".
