Voices of the "Musical Youth of Russia" to sound in the Presidential Library

November 16, 2021, at 16:00 (Moscow time), the Presidential Library will host a gala concert "Musical Youth of Russia", organized by the Elena Obraztsova Cultural Centre as part of the III International Music Festival "Tribute to Elena Obraztsova". The event is supported by the Committee for Culture of St. Petersburg.

The gala concert "Musical Youth of Russia" is an opportunity to listen to the laureates of international competitions, who have just begun their brilliant musical life.

This event can be considered traditional. Young talented singers and instrumentalists have already performed at the Presidential Library at 3 Senate Square in 2020.

The laureates of the III All-Russian Competition of Vocal and Instrumental Art for the Prize of the Elena Obraztsova Cultural Centre and the International Competitions of Young Vocalists of Elena Obraztsova will take part in the concert. They are aspiring singers and instrumentalists from different regions of Russia: St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region, Moscow and Moscow Region, Arkhangelsk and Belgorod. Young musicians will perform works by Russian and foreign composers.

The All-Russian Competition for the Prize of the Elena Obraztsova Cultural Centre was established in 2019. The general purpose of its holding is to support children with vocal and instrumental talents.

Despite the difficult epidemiological situation, more than a hundred young singers and musicians from different regions of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus participated in the competition in 2021. The event at the Presidential Library on November 16, 2021, will be held in accordance with the epidemiological restrictions established by the authorities of St. Petersburg. Full-time participation is expected (up to 40 people).

The concert will be broadcast live on the Presidential Library's portal in the Live broadcasts section, on the official page of the VKontakte social network and the institution's YouTube channel.

Accreditation of media representatives is until 11:00, November 15, 2021

The letter should contain the full name, date and place of birth, passport data (series, number, place of registration), a list of carry-on equipment, contact phone numbers, the name of the media.

We draw the attention of the media representatives that it is necessary to forward applications for accreditation and arrive at the event in advance.

Entrance to the Presidential Library is carried out only by prior registration and upon showing a passport: for media representatives - through entrance № 2, participants and guests of the event - through entrance № 1.

In order to reduce the risks of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the use of personal protective equipment during the event is mandatory for all attendees.
