We celebrate Christmas together with the Presidential Library. The portal provides online films for children and adults

The Presidential Library’s portal from Monday to Friday in Live broadcasts section provides broadcasting of films, video lectures and tours prepared by the Presidential Library, as well as by leading film studios of the country.

In accordance with the broadcast program, from January 3-6, all four parts of the Presidential Library’s video film "Russian Icon in the Collection of the Novgorod Museum-Reserve" will be shown. This is a great opportunity to learn about the outstanding and most interesting monuments from the collection of Old Russian painting, numbering one and a half thousand icons of the mid-11th - early 20th centuries.

On Christmas Eve, the Presidential Library’s portal will start showing animated films based on biblical subjects, created by creative laboratories from different regions of Russia, as well as within the framework of the Presidential Library project “In the beginning was the Word”. Together with adults - scriptwriters, artists, directors - young animators - pupils of creative houses, centers of additional education, correctional educational institutions and Sunday schools - worked on them. Cartoons are made in various techniques: plasticine, sand, hand-drawn.
