The Presidential Library to host the 21st Academic Council meeting

On December 2, 2022 at 10:00 the Presidential Library will host the regular, 21st Academic Council meeting, a collegial advisory body that promotes the development of the institution, in a face-to-face format.

Many leading Russian institutions of culture, science and education from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Arkhangelsk, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Simferopol, Stavropol, Khabarovsk will attend the council. Chairman of the Academic Council, Director General of the Presidential Library Yury Nosov will make a report. Speeches by heads of libraries, archives, museums, higher education organizations in Russia and China are also on the agenda.

The discussion will be devoted to determining ways to increase the demand for information resources of the Presidential Library, analyzing the experience of cultural, scientific and educational institutions in the field of information support for the activities of state bodies of the Russian Federation.

The meeting participants will learn about the exhibitions dedicated to the special military operation.

Accreditation of media representatives is until 10:00 December 1, 2022.

The letter should contain the full name, date and place of birth, passport data (series, number, place of registration), a list of carry-on equipment, contact phone numbers, the name of the media.

We draw the attention of the media representatives that it is necessary to forward applications for accreditation and arrive at the event in advance.

Entrance to the Presidential Library is carried out only by prior registration and upon showing a passport: for media representatives - through entrance № 2, participants and guests of the event - through entrance № 1.

In order to reduce the risks of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the use of personal protective equipment during the event is mandatory for all attendees.
