Annual Integration Forum to be held at Presidential Library

On September 24-26, 2024, the Annual Integration Forum will be held at the Presidential Library of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the library, and it will host representatives from libraries, archives, museums, educational and scientific institutions, as well as public associations and organizations at both the federal and regional levels.

The Forum will discuss the work of libraries, archives, and museums in integrating cultural institutions from reunited territories into the cultural space of the Russian Federation. The conference will also focus on projects for preserving and presenting tangible and intangible cultural heritage, the digital transformation of libraries in reunited regions, challenges in training and retraining library professionals. Among the topics of discussion are priorities for the regional network of the Presidential Library and the experiences of national libraries, particularly those of CIS member states, in supporting and facilitating research in libraries across the country.

A key event of the forum will be the 15th Scientific and Practical Conference, "Cultural Heritage: Integration of Resources in the Digital Space", which will take place on September 25th at 10.00.

On the eve of this event, on September 24th at 10.00, the XI Annual Meeting of the Heads of Regional Centers of the Presidential Library will take place.

During the Integration Forum on September 26th, 2024, a round table "National Library - Scientific and Methodological Center of the Country's Libraries" will be held at the Russian National Library. 

The events of the Integration Forum in the Presidential Library will be broadcasted on the Presidential Library’s portal on September 25 in the Live broadcasts section as well as on the Library's RuTube channel in accordance with the program of live broadcasts of events.

The letter should contain the full name, date and place of birth, passport data (series, number, place of registration), a list of carry-on equipment, contact phone numbers, the name of the media.

We draw the attention of the media representatives that it is necessary to forward applications for accreditation and arrive at the event in advance.

Entrance to the Presidential Library is carried out only by prior registration and upon showing a passport: for media representatives - through entrance № 2, participants and guests of the event - through entrance № 1.
