The Presidential Library will air the Livadiya forum live

On June 6, 2017, at 11 am MSK the Presidential Library on its website will live broadcust a plenary session of the III International Livadiya Forum directly from the “Crimean One” television channel. The event is held in Yalta as part of the XI “The Great Russian Word” International Festival.

On the agenda: the Russian language and the languages of the peoples of Russia support, an increasing of role of the Russian language in the integration processes in the post-Soviet environment, a development of common cultural and humanitarian area.

“The Great Russian Word” International Festival is held annually in the territory of the Republic of Crimea. The developing of Russian culture, strengthening the positions of the Russian world and the Russian language, as well as expanding international cooperation in the humanitarian sphere, are among its objectives. Owing to the developed network of centers of access to the Presidential Library resources as in the regions of the Russian Federation, so abroad, the plenary session will be aired in Russian centers of science and culture of more than 20 countries worldwide.

The broadcast of the plenary session of the III International Livadiya Forum will be the first joint event of the Presidential Library and the “Crimean One” TV channel as the work advances on launching the outreach and awareness raising center in the Republic of Crimea, which will be based on the Crimea TV and radio company.
