Alexander Vershinin - about elections and the anniversary of the Constitution of Russia through the prism of the Presidential Library historical materials
February 27, 2018 at 12:30, a press conference at the St. Petersburg Regional Information Center TASS on the results and prospects for the Presidential Library development, the history of elections and the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation will be held.
Director General Alexander Vershinin will tell about little-known historical facts related to the topic of elections, on the drafting and adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 1993, a copy of which, with the corrections and personal signature of the first President of the Russian Federation, Boris Yeltsin, is kept as an exhibit in the Presidential Library, as well as the prospects for the development of the institution in 2018.
The representatives of authorities and journalists from Moscow, Tyumen, Cherkessk, Pskov, Chelyabinsk and other cities will join the event through the video-conferencing mode.
Entrance to the event for media representatives is carried out upon prior accreditation with a passport and editorial certificate.
