The conference will be held at the Belinsky Sverdlovsk Regional Universal Scientific Library (Yekaterinburg, Belinsky St., 15) and the Kler Sverdlovsk Regional Museum of Local Lore (Yekaterinburg, Malysheva St., 46). Starting at 10:00, sign-in of participants from 9:00.
